Hi! My name is Renee Harrell and I received my bachelors degree of science in Kinesiology from Kansas State University in 2011 and have worked as a personal trainer since. Kinesiology and personal training were very interesting to me due to an injury I had during High School. I tore my MCL, ACL, and meniscus during a basketball game and underwent surgery and physical therapy. Recovery was very eye opening to me and I learned a lot about how the body can be manipulated and tested through exercise. I have been working for Adioft since 2013 and initially when I started with Adiofit I was just a part time trainer. As the business grew my position has evolved to being head trainer. Adiofit really stood out to me because of the group training, positive atmosphere and healthy lifestyle mindset.
Until I began working at Adiofit I had only done one on one training and the group training really was a new experience. I enjoy working with both individuals and groups alike but take a special interest in those who have chronic pain or injuries. I am most fulfilled when working with beginners or high fitness athletes.
I enjoy an active lifestyle and partake in many different types of exercise for fun such as: hiking, spin classes, yoga, Adiofit group classes, crossfit, weight lifting, and swimming. I enjoy running races (Spartan, road, trail) with my husband and we bring our daughter with us when possible. I plan to start doing duathlon races this summer to try out something new! Cooking and pottery are also interests of mine.
My name is Shana Klecan, I was born and raised in the small town of Lincoln, KS. I graduated from Kansas State University in Hotel/Restaurant Mgnt. with a minor in Business. I’ve been married for 14 years and have 4 children.
I have always enjoyed exercising and being active but didn’t really get too serious about fitness until my 30’s. It became an “outlet” for me and “my time” while juggling kids, life work ect…! I joined Adiofit three years ago as a member and this increased my passion for fitness, I love the positive attitudes, atmosphere and support system it offers to ALL fitness levels. I find much joy in seeing others improve and progress, I’m inspired by witnessing other people transformations.
In the summer of 2017 I completed an internship with Adiofit and received my Action Personal Training certification thus allowing me to come onboard as a full-time trainer.
I have loved every minute of it! Through my fitness journey I discovered the sport of OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) and became hooked immediately. This sport challenges you mentally and physically, pushes you outside of your comfort zone, helps you conquer fears and is a great way to have fun while incorporating a full body training style, needing both endurance and strength to succeed.
I hope to continue impacting others lives and helping them reach their fitness goals and improving their overall lifestyle for years to come!

I have my Bachelors of Science in Public Health Nutrition & Dietetics with minors in Kinesiology and Spanish from Kansas State University. I am also currently a Candidate for a Master’s in Human Nutrition at Kansas State University and will be graduating this May 2018!
I have been in the fitness field as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for 10 years and have been teaching Zumba for 7 years! It is truly a passion and joy to assist and inspire others on their wellness journey. I love to share a positive energy and create a fun and positive environment with all of the individuals I am fortunate enough to work with.
It is that energy and positivity that drew me to Adiofit. The workouts are creative, challenging, fun and full of variety. You are also surrounded by people who are there to support and motivate you during the workout and beyond. It really feels like a family. I knew I needed to get involved somehow so I began my journey with Adiofit in November. I have been working to get well and Adiofit has been an amazing place that has facilitated that journey.
I have two amazing kiddos, Kaden who is 11 and Adelyne who is 7. We enjoy going on little family get-a-ways when we can and having family movie nights.
I also love dancing! I started dancing 6 years ago fell in love and haven’t stopped since. I plan to practice and learn even more when I get a little more free time.
I am looking forward to continuing to grow, inspire and be inspired by the amazing people that come into my life through fitness, dancing and everyday life.
