Our in-person group training classes are specifically designed to get your whole body moving while improving your energy levels, strength, and endurance.

We welcome every BODY regardless of experience or fitness level. You’ll experience a total body burn with exercises that engage multiple muscle groups at the same time so you’ll be as efficient as possible.
Each class is led by a certified personal trainer who can help modify exercises or increase difficulty levels depending on your skill set. We also limit the size of our classes so you'll never feel like just another face in the crowd.
We believe in fueling our bodies with nutrient dense, DELICIOUS foods. Our nutrition support focuses on sustainable lifestyles, not quick fixes.
When you join Adiofit, you'll have access to tons of healthy recipes in our exclusive Member Portal, and our coaches will help guide you on how to fuel your body.
We'll also get you set up with a meal plan, grocery list, and recipe guide to make eating well as easy as possible!

Whether you start your day with our 5:00 AM class or you pack your workout gear to join us after work, you are going to have days where you feel unmotivated.
Our coaches will check in with you, how you're feeling, and how your goals are going. They'll help you stay accountable to while helping you develop lifelong healthy habits.
